Responsiblities: 

•   Preparing the Master Schedule for the project.
•   Preparing separate internal schedules for the construction team and to the Management.
•   Reporting day to day reports to the Project manager.
•   Analysing delays and lost time and preparing recovery schedule.
•   Calculation of the project cost and cash flow.
•   Managing multiple sites at the same time.
•   Preparation of material submittal schedule based on the lead time required for each material.
•   Preparation of Shop drawing schedule.
•   Monitor the operations and working of staff on the site.
•   Interact and communicate effectively with other subcontractors, architects and consultants and playing a vital   role in the progress meetings.
•   Set a perfect schedule for purchase of equipment’s and raw materials. 
•   Making sure that the project is completed on time within the planned budget.
•   Making Monthly & weekly Progress report.
•   Preparing Man power Histogram and productivity sheet.
•   Sound knowledge in site related construction activities.
