This was more of office-based overseeing 4 live sites and providing monthly updates and drop lines. Also supporting site when required. These were both NEC & JCT forms of contract and projects included: -

 

  • Lady Margaret Student Accommodation - £12m
  • Church Crookham Residential Home in Guildford new build JCT - £10m
  • Havelock Mix-use New built Houses Phase 1- £30m
  • Fountain Close – new build residential mixed-use site - £25m

 

Roles and responsibilities included;

  • Establishing and updating program schedule for design
  • Procurement and construction
  • Produce and maintain level 3/4project plans, manage deliverables and dependencies between projects
  • Going around sites to update progress on a monthly/ biweekly basis
  • Reporting on Trade packages highlighting report on key milestone
  • Preparing look-ahead programs for site use
  • Working with the site team to produce resource schedule and histograms
  • Attending work package breakdown meetings and identifying scope of works
  • Developing site logistic plans and phasing diagrams
  • Producing actual VS planned site resources and programs S-curve on a weekly basis to enable sub-contractor works management
  • Cost load the schedules and generate EV Analysis from the cost loaded schedules
  • Working with the technical team to develop temporary services schedules during tender stage
  • Preparing temporary and enabling works schedules
  • Producing impacted programs based on PMI instruction
  • Demonstrating the effect of EW and CEs on planned completion date Developing Cl.31 NEC programs
  • Updating and monitoring the progress of Cl.32 NEC programs
  • and submitting reports
  • Liaising with local authorities and sub-contractors to request quotes for site enabling works used for prelim cost during tender stages
  • Developing tender program, procurement and design programs at pre construction stage
