Construction of Energy Recovery Facilities, the works  include  the construction of  all infrastructure,buildings, roads, Building services,offices,workshops,process plant, Turbine, landscaping, security fencing and all associated amenities & facilities. Role and responsibilities included: • Working on live projects to provide scheduling and planning support to project managers and stakeholder• Liaising with sub-contractor to develop their works plan and capture all off site manufacturing schedule to fit into the master program and give room for proper coordination of sub-contractor activates on site• Organising collaboration planning events with stakeholders • Produced sectional completion programs and variation impacted programs• Recording as built event on site and reporting various critical part issues to project teams• Monitoring progress plans and producing weekly updates and monthly reports on project performance• Producing look-ahead programs & developing traffic management plan and works phasing diagram.• Support lean construction activities on site & drive the change required to eliminate waste & ensure optimum output is achieve on daily basis.• Reporting on key milestones and chasing various teams for information required to ensure smooth running of the projects.•  Producing S-curve of variance analysis by comparing actual against plan and forecast outcomes to ensure proper & efficient project control. • Developing high level reporting dashboard for monthly progress report
