Construction and refurbishment of airport buildings and infrastructure including terminals, piers, baggage, property and car-park works.

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Planning & project controls service delivery for the Heathrow Design & Development Team.
  • Development and transition of numerous project schedules from design & development into delivery across the airport.
  • Integration of schedule, cost and risk using Primavera P6 Risk Analysis software.
  • Development of the Heathrow project generic schedule.
