  • Planning service delivery for the Heathrow airfield infrastructure programme.
  • Management of pre-contract and post-contract project schedules.
  • Management of multiple suppliers.
  • Implementation of Primavera P6 in the team.
  • Expert evaluation of suppliers tender and contract schedules.
  • Creation of time-slice diagrams to communicate project sequences and interfaces.
