Worked as Scheduling Supervisor for Mars directorate responsible for managing eight flight system schedulers on the $2B Mars Science Laboratory project for NASA. Managed employee professional development, training, and annual performance.  Managed integrity of cost and resource loaded baseline schedule comprising over 30,000 schedule activities. Developed, maintained, statused, analyzed all aspects for the MSL Master Schedule. Develop ANSI-748 compliant schedule management system in Primavera for NASA earned value management. Performed monthly schedule analysis and reporting including baseline versus forecast schedule analysis, critical path analyses, float trend reporting, and project receivable/deliverable analysis. Prepared quarterly reports for project management developed and maintained project website.
