Developed and maintained construction cost and resource loaded baseline schedule comprising over 5,000 schedule activities. Prepared monthly schedule submittals and progress payment requests. Defined contract scopes for both subcontract and purchase orders, managed subcontractors and vendors, processed submittals and requests for information, compiled change order proposals and time extension requests, issued subcontract and purchase order change orders and backcharges.
