Prepare and develop Master and detail schedule for the projects , resource and cost loaded

Manage the progress of the project and  report any major deviations, issues or delays and preparing PARETO diagram for the delays.

In charge of monitoring, reporting and trending of project cost and schedule activities through all phases of the project

 Monitoring  potential cost and schedule issues and recommend corrective actions through detailed plans

creating Banana curves for understandidng the deadlines. and preparing graphs for each major work to be done troughout the project.

Training and Leading project control staff in different sites of the company

setting up biweekly project control meetings with key personnel of the project to keep the project in track

contract control of subcontractors in the site

Inventory Control of critical Material Resources and order to purchase before it is finished 

analysing current situation of the project using earned value Management and forcasting the future
Documentation of the projects for lrssons leaned
