- Tracking activity progress and monitoring critical path
- Generating and providing various performance status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including, resources, histograms, S-curves, Earned value analysis, cash flow
- Analyzing of threats and opportunities, with possibility of having influence on both, the cost and duration of project
- Reviewing and monitoring project progress and recommending necessary actions and plans to ensure that projects are executed within time, cost and quality specifications

- Analyzing manpower and machineries and Resource allocating
- Producing periodic and optional reports about project progress, costs, resources and anticipating next period situation
- Estimating remaining actual cost
- Producing construction invoice
- Directing weekly coordinating meetings among the managers of executive units and handing over the weekly executive plan to them
- Producing project data bank
