Provided support to develop and pilot three major initiatives: 1) Transformed Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) process; 2) Renewed Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Assessment Capability; and 3) Improved Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) process. Provided schedule analysis and assessments for several Air Force programs to improve IMS reporting capabilities. Assisted the Air Force PM&AE office in developing, implementing, piloting, and finalizing comprehensive instruction guides and tools for IMS assessment capability and major program reviews including IBRs, SRAs, and IRAs.  Developed a Validator Tool to validate CPRs, analyze schedule metrics and perform program trend analyses.

Senior Consultant – Project Management / Earned Value Management Systems Analyst – Analyzed cost and schedule data through the use of custom-built analytical tools.  Analyzed and reviewed all aspects of various supplier provided management systems for compliance against the 32 EVMS guidelines, as provided by the ANSI/EIA-748A standard. Provided scheduling support in mapping out compliance review processes. Assisted with and provided off-site support for Progress Assistance Visit (PAV), Validation Review (VR), and Review for Cause (RFC) compliance reviews. Regularly participated as part of the on-site review team for RFC compliance reviews. Provided data traces by reviewing the programs Contracts, SOW, BOEs, WBS Description, CAPs, WADs, BCRs, Subcontractors data, RAM, IMS, VARs, Program Logs, EACs, Corrective Action Logs, and CPRs.

Senior Consultant – Design, developed and tested the CAA/PCR Tool to streamline the Control Account Authorization and Program Change Request process by developing a central database that manages the program log. This allows the Business Analyst to actively manage the program by importing/exporting the CAAs, PCRs, and RAM into the Tool.

Senior Consultant – Designed, developed and tested the Microsoft Project 2010+ Run!AzTech Ribbon; designed, developed, tested, and implemented AzTech International’s integrated Timekeeping System.

 

·         Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)

Project Management / Earned Value Management Systems Analyst – Analyzed cost and schedule data through the use of custom-built analytical tools developed for the Earned Value Management Center (EVMC). Built, maintained, and updated compliance determination tools, a custom report-writing tool, as well as Control Account Manager (CAM) schedule statistics tool for the EVMC.
