Great Western Royal Hotel (Hilton Paddington), London. Independent Review of the contractor’s claim for Extension of Time entitlement and the client’s professional team’s replies. Input in preparation of planning expert witness report.

Channel Tunnel Rail Link – Signalling, Controls & Communication. Preparation for Amey Rail of a preliminary entitlement assessment for an EOT. Responsible for managing Amey team members (P3 Planners) in preparation of claim material (programmes).

Swansea Housing Association – Responsible for monitoring progress, (Cost/Time/Resource & CPM) for a prestigious development. Consultation to SWHA for project controls procedures.

New Jetty Repairs, St Peter Port Harbour, Guernsey. Balvac (subsidiary of Balfour Beatty) appointed us to review extension of time issues arising to date and provide advice and analysis regarding EOT entitlement and to prepare a report on delay and disruption caused by the employer’s (States of Guernsey) engineer.

Building Environment Systems – Siemens asked for assistance in preparing an EOT report for two of their ongoing, high profile projects Merck Sharp & Dohme pharmaceuticals facility in Hoddesdon and new office buildings for the BBC at White City.

New Cancer Sciences Building, Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust. Review of main contractor’s substantiation document in support of an EOT entitlement.
