Senior Project Manager assigned to the Project Management Division of Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Mr. Fillmore provided project management/project controls consultation and support to a range of Los Alamos National Laboratory project teams. Typical responsibilities to laboratory customers included the implementation and administration of project management software, project/baseline development, project scheduling and tracking, issue management and change management. Mr. Fillmore often conducted or assisted in project start-up workshops, and assisted in the establishment of the project management office, and developed project management procedures to meet customer requirements.  As a core team member of the Unconventional Nuclear Warfare Defense (UNWD) program office, Mr. Fillmore defined and implemented a project controls program and developed work plans, schedules, and procedures associated with the design, development, implementation and testing of integrated security systems test beds for US military bases. Other programmatic experience at LANL included management of systems engineering and fabrication of equipment for domestic and international security projects, nuclear storage facility construction, facility management / maintenance and configuration management, environmental remediation and protection, and Nonproliferation Treaty compliance programs.
