Role Objective: To assist in the maintenance of the job’s construction schedule, resource requirements in coordination with the relevant departments across the country. Duties & responsibilities: Assists in the calculation and updating of the Company’s productivity (manpower & equipment) rates by activity. Assists in the preparation of schedules and updates. Assists in the preparation of the job schedule, manpower schedule & productivity monitoring tools.Aggregates the data from the construction daily reports and HR time sheets if required. Administers assistance in preparing the weekly & monthly reports. Maintains copies of the approved (Contractual) Project Schedule signed by the Client/Consultant. Assists in maintaining and updating the job schedule, manpower schedule and progress report. Assists in revising the project schedule in light of variation orders and helps in assessment of the over-all impact adjustments and the need for time extension, if any. Assists in the preparation of the progress report as needed by the management and/or clients/consultants. (e.g. Look ahead schedule, recovery program). Visit sites as needed to monitor actual progress vs. planned. Contributes to the planning section of the Job Close-out Report. Contributes in preparations of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Assists in preparing and updating Micro Schedules. Analyzed and monitors project issues and causes of project delays on schedules. Coordinates with the project operation group for the on-going activities, and evaluates project planned schedules if it is executed on time to avoid delays and variances. Directly reporting to the Project Manager / Construction Manager. Evaluates and monitors the procurement log of materials on site, drawing submittals, approvals, revisions and design issues in the Projects.
