  • I am working as a contractor.
    • Support project managers/engineersin the construction of resourced project plans using Primavera in line with company standards, and the project structure as identified by the project manager. Assisted in development and creation of ‘SMART’ project activities, focusing on duration underpinning and robust performance metrics Attend weekly and monthly meeting with stakeholders. Meet weekly with project team to map baseline and target project schedules. Delivered status reports to all stakeholders, incorporating data from multiple disciplines. Analyse P6 Database for any non-compliance/corruption issues. Defining User Access to P6 Web Access Functionality.Assigning OBS Elements and Project Profiles.Lead and manage junior planning engineers.
    • Act as a single point of contactto the Programme Managers regarding all Primavera P6 Enterprise Software matters. Liaise with all Planners to ensure that agreed best practice is being implemented. Lead and manage junior planning engineersMaintain, monitor and report on schedule performance using DCMA 14 point schedule check.
    • Creation of Excel Dashboardsfor reporting EV analysis/reporting and incorporated P6 XER data files for ease of access across team members and other ad hoc P6 EPPM admin duties, as required.Report significant schedule slippages. Assist in programme imports and ensuring all programmes imports are in line with compliance policy. Knowledgeof GRIP stages, DWWP & Lock process.Possession understanding (Developed Excel Based Possession Planning Integration Tool). Co-ordination of earned value and critical path reporting process.
    • Maintain progress and produced progress monthly progress, cost and performance reports.Advising Project and Site Managers of the appropriate strategies to meet business objectives. Providing support to Project and Site Managers during client meetings. Update company planning standards/procedures and educate/train project managers in their use. Co-ordinate the statusing of project progress
