Reporting to the Project Sponsor, I have responsibility as the Planning Manager/Consultant to produce and manage the readiness/delivery programme for a major London train operating company (TOC) for the London 2012 Olympics.

This involves producing a detailed Primavera programme with key workstreams and deliverables from all the internal stakeholders, production and management of a risk matrix and escalating key issues to senior management, production of a dashboard report, EV reporting, liaison with key external stakeholders, managing client expectations, expediting programme delivery and communicating project goals across all levels of the organisation.
