Director, Project-Portfolio Management Processes

Aligned with stakeholders to define, develop, and implement a wide range of best-practice business process and project planning process improvements. Directed roll-out of process changes and trained stakeholders on the following:
    Lean (no bureaucracy) project planning via stages, project-portfolio management, financial decision-analysis,
    project budgeting / forecasting, project contracts, performance tracking,  Estimates at Completion (EAC) and
    Earned Value (EV), communication processes, change control, risk identification and risk resolution, contingency planning, and
    MS Project / MS Project Server / Primavera utilization.
 

Executed improved methodologies (replacing existing processes) and coached / trained 15 project teams located Louisiana, Texas and the Netherlands.

Co-authored 20 Business Plans over 3 years time-frame.  Coached each project team as to best-practice planning, project execution and tracking methods.

Designed and Implemented excel/VBA software that enabled strategic Resource Management decision-analysis.
