·         Lead Scheduler for NUBIA(New Ulaanbaatar International Airport) Construction Project in Mongolia worth 0.6 billion USD

·         In charge of designing master schedule from the initial stage using Primavera P6

·         Created and managed all WBS levels and activities, arranged relationships using correct FS, SF, and SS forms and sequences using necessary lags/constraints

·         Periodically managed 3-Weeks and 3-Months schedules, a main communicator leading weekly/monthly/general presentations and representing for the contractor (Mitsubishi-Chiyoda Joint Venture) and the client (Civil Aviation Authority of Mongolia, Azusa Sekkei/Oriental Consultants Joint Venture)

·         Effectively managed schedule through use of CPM(Critical Path Method), strategies for catch-up plans and alerts to departments’ engineers in case of any delay events
