It includes construction of Main building consisting of Basement and G+2, Auditorium Basement and Ground floor. It also includes internal Finishes & external services works    My responsibilities included following:  P6 actual updates for Engineering, Procurement & Construction  PMS (Progress Measurement System) updates for Engineering, Procurement & Construction  Preparation & compiling Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports    Monitoring Productivity and indicating patterns  Sub-contractor monitoring & follow up for scope of works  Procurement Schedule tracking  Look ahead schedules & targets for site team  Maintain and record on regular basis the as built records of planned site progress against actual site progress
