  1.         Prestart Planning
  2.          Preparation of base line Construction schedules
  3.          Preparation of detailed phase wise programmes of the projects along with budgeting and forecasting.
  4.          Breakdown of programme into daily plan and monitoring the same on daily basis and reporting to the            Line manager in case of discrepancy and formulating plans to mitigate the same.
  5.           Liasioning with the Project Engineer to ensure the programme to be consistent with the business                needs.
  6.          Preparation of  Rate analysis for Extra and varied items.
  7.          Preparation of progress S Curves
  8.          Preparation of equipment planning and deployment schedule
  9.          Preperation of Impacted /Accelerated programmes in Primavera
  10.          Preparation of monthly monitoring reports such as Profitability statement, Statement of turnover and            cost, Cash flow 
  11.          Day to day coordination with the section in charges at the site for the site progress and incase of any            delays, discussing with the line manager and the Project Engineer to overcome the same.    
  12.         Attending client project review meetings at site\
  13.          Weekly visit to the site to ensure progress and discuss potential problems with each section in -charge          and plans to overcome them.
  14.          Handling Arbitration / Mediation cases right from inception to closure.
  15.          Preparation of Statement of Facts & Claims, Counters, Rejoinders, Affidavits 
  16.          Drafting contractual letters on regular basis entailing time/cost benefits using FIDIC.
  17.          Calculation of Extension of time and cost which includes manpower, machinery, and Indirect costs.
  18.           Discussions with site and line Managers for amicable settlement of claims / issues at threshold level                 regarding matters of extension of time, variations/extra items & extended stay costs.
  19.           Meetings / Negotiations with Project Management Consultants for follow-up of contractual                           entitlements.
