 Follow up & prepare EOT claims documents; the event, liability of the event, Contractualentitlement & compliance, cause & effect program and delay analysis. Responsible for the establishment & tracking of planning and scheduling for the project byusing Primavera. Monitor the project schedule and highlight any critical activity needs particular attention and Discuss it with project team to identify mitigating measures. Liaison with project team representative to track the Schedule based on key dates as specified inthe contract. The schedule includes detailed schedule, work plan, critical activities, milestonedates, resource loading, generate progress S‐Curve, etc… Coordinate with project team for the preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress reportsAnd any other reports as and when required. Coordinate with project site team and the procurement team on the delivery of the equipment andmaterials on site. Prepare periodic progress and production reports including forecasts. Manage sub‐contractors’ planning and reporting. Preparations & analysis of Cost Control & performance reports using CPI method. Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking ofinvoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all projectexpenditures are captured and properly recorded. Collect to date cost information and produce Earned Value Reports to Complete Profit and Lossresponsibility for projects. Budget evaluation & forecast, cash flow analysis & Interpretation, Monitoring Productivity &Ensure optimum utilization of resources. Assisting the Project Manager of any administration role of the project, scheduling &primarily cost control v/s Estimated & Revised Cost data. Produce various reports for the project team and company management. Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
