ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement project controls standards and procedures and monitor compliance.
  • Ensure that all planning and scheduling activities such as schedule development and project reporting comply with company requirements.
  • Provide QA/QC of cost, scope and scheduling processes, reports and utilization.
  • Prepare monthly updating of costs and resources, load schedules, and perform earned value management versus the baseline.
  • Interface internally with project managers, financial and engineering staff.
  • Prepare, update and issue master schedules, bar charts and variance reports.
  • Prepare specialty schedules and progress reports (i.e., startup schedule and milestones and company progress reports).
  • Communicate areas of concern to Engineering Manager and/or Vice President of Project Development (or PM Manager if applicable).
  • Analyze reports and make recommendations to the Project Development group.

Other duties as assigned.
