  • Developing & approving form consultant, Level 1 Schedule to present the total scope of work at a summary level
  • Developing and approving from consultant, level 2 Schedule to present more detailed activities within each phase of major work
  • Developing and approving from consultant, level 3 Schedule to show detail activities for each area and sub area of the project based on CPM (Critical Path Method), fully resources loaded.
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress report
  • Overall progress monitoring of the project in accordance with the contract
  • Analysis of the quantities to be erected and trends achieved
  • Schedule performance analysis
  • Manpower and equipment Histogram and overall “S curve”.
  • Keeping close eye on Changes to Original Scope and react accordingly
  • Developing and approving the recovery plan / Extension of Time Plan if the progress lacking as per baseline plan
  • Assist in Forensic Delay Analysis and preparing the time extension claim
  • Key Knowledge of Earned Value Management System
