             Involved in two missions for Airbus as Project Management Officer on new airbus aircrafts A350 & A320 NEO with the following main responsibilities:

·                Project setup:

                             - Defining project objectives and way forward (Development plan)

                             - Communicating to future stakeholders and Setup dashboard, indicators & reporting

·                Costand Resources Management:

                            - Resources plan establishing and monitoring (internal and external)             

                            - Cost following and forecasting at project completion

·                ScheduleManagement:

                            - Schedule establishing and monitoring

                            - Interface management and project actors’ synchronization

·                Monitoring, Controllingand Reporting:

                             - Dashboard updating and releasing

                            - Technical progress monitoring

                            - Updating, reporting and analyzing indicators

                             - Action monitoring

·                Risk & OpportunityManagement:

                             - Securing the way-forward to have a good project monitoring

                            - Establishing of preventive/corrective actions to reduce criticality of identified risks

·                Meeting organisation and animation
