Detailed Job Description and Responsibilities:

Ø  Report directly to Regional Manager and to Assistant Regional Manager as well.

Ø  Travel from Project Management Office (PMO) to one site to another for site visit inspection.

Ø  Verify and check at the Field Office of QA, QC and PM if there is a project files both in hard and soft copy of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Quality Control Plan (QCP), Health and Safety Plan (HSP), Utilities Master Plan (UMP), Conceptual Work Plan (CWP), Implementation Work Plan (IWP), Statement of Work (SOW). Statement of Requirements and Specification (SOW), Project Schedule and Two Week Look-a-Head Schedule.

Ø  Conduct office and field training to the Quality Assurance Field Engineer (Title II on Site) to emphasize the difference between the quality assurance work to quality control work.

Ø  Do partial audit of the site for its quality including the Life Support Area (LSA).

Ø  Ensure that the three phase inspection is implementing on site.(Preparatory, Initial and Follow-up)

Ø  Site inspection of the whole projects to observe and verity the quality and safety issues then inform the QC Manager and the Project Manager to address by corrective action plan (CAP).

Ø  Attend daily and weekly QA and QC coordination meeting with the Prime Contractor to discuss issues on quality and safety.

Ø  QA the QC, ensure that the Quality Control Plan is implementing by the Quality Control Manager /Engineer on site.

Ø  Resolved all issues in quality and safety that can be resolved on site level management as long it is according to SOW, SOR and all applicable codes in all discipline  i.e. IBC, ACI, IPC, IEC, IMC, etc

Ø  Stay on site for at least three weeks to monitor QA Field Engineer and QC Manager Work.

Ø  Prepare Area Supervisor’s Reports.

Ø  Starting 10 March 2009 VIAP Management sent me as full time Area Supervisor at the same time Quality Assurance Field Engineer at TO-008_BRTC-BPC_Lakeshore Engineering Services Project .After its completion, signed the DD-1354 (05 Oct 09), turned-over and completed the Final Documentation for 37 buildings and 3 Utilities (Power, Water & Sewer) I was transferred to TO-015 WERC-Police Officer Cadet Academy on 24 Oct 09 until its completion/end of my contract on 28 Dec 2009.

Ø  VIAP-Iraq Management called me back to do a document‘s control  and other assigned task for Operation and Maintenance Training (O&M) of TO-035 for Various Sites and in preparation for QA Inspection work for Aircraft Parking Apron for DynCorp Project. Project was designed by VIAP-Manila and QA Inspection will handled by VIAP-Iraqfrom 15 Jan 10 to 07 May 11.
