Currently Senior Project Planning Engineer Tata Steel Port Talbot, have been a planning engineer since 1990 and prior to that a mechanical engineer. At the Port Talbot site we have recently re-build a blast furnace at a cost of £180m and took 7 months to demolish & re-build.

I am responsible for managing the programmes keeping the criticl path up to date and ensuring the contractors manage their individual schedules effectively.

At any one time in the works we have several project ongoing, currentle a new gas holder, hot mill rougher mill, Bos plant new OG system with evaporation cooling.
