 Utilised strong leadership capability to engage high performance planning team integral to Infrastructure Strategic Alliance JV with Sellafield Ltd., Morgan Sindall and ARUP, and identified £1BN risk reduction on Sellafield site.  Key contributor on multiple critical projects such as steam and electricity generation, New Data Centre and fibre optic network, water supply and onsite distribution, civil infrastructure, drainage network, sewerage treatment plant, roads, bridges, including programme tracking and all planning activity.  Support the Portfolio managers and project managers making sure all project controls requirements are met.  Evaluated BCWP and resource profiles to ensure on time schedule delivery, consistently achieved BCWP forecasting accuracy of +/-10% and provided high-level support for all aspects of schedule recovery.  Achieved pass on schedule quality assurance (DCMA) 14-point check every period.  Executed schedule analysis, reviewed critical and subcritical paths, review of logic sequencing, identified potential risks and executed risk mitigation through expert problem resolution, and analysis of project float erosion.  Key contributor to the Risk process, risk schedule review and sign off.  Attended constructability reviews meeting to support deliverability of the schedule and schedule development.  Collaborated closely with commercial team and compiled earned value analysis data in adherence with client and Morgan Sindall needs, and key contributor during internal/external client meetings and post tender negotiations.  Provided support, direction and training for project team and motivated staff to achieve optimum performance, innovation and problem resolution, resulting in significantly improved morale, and productivity.  Promoted emphasis on pinch-points on critical path, drove improvements to baseline programme and prevented delays, resulting in seamless operational performance.  Ensured compliance with Invitation to Tender (ITT) through meticulous analysis of tender programmes, tender sum, design, assurance and methodology as per agreement with suppliers and bid teams.  Generated reports and programme status updates for customers in compliance with specified requirements.  Designed programmes for pre-construction/construction activity and provided bid strategy to construction team.
