- Reporting directly to the Directors and Managing Director and responsible for the planning, Projects Control & coordination of all contracts across Retail and Construction division.
- Managing the Planning & Coordination Team (15 Peak) including D&B and M&E Managers to achieve a fully integrated solution where we had design responsibility.
- Ensure the Coordinators & Planners provided all the necessary support and information for sites to undertake their obligations.
- To manage and maintain the Document Control requirements within our integrated QSE system and to maintain BSI accreditation.
- Accountable for ensuring that all agreed KPI’s were identified, tracked and achieved.
- Providing all necessary planning and methodology requirements for both Tender and Construction purposes and take active role in assessing all risks and communicating these effectively to all.
- Meet regularly with key clients to keep abreast of their requirements and to provide constructive feedback to improve and maintain a quality partnership.
- Fulfilled Roles as Contracts Manager and Operations Managers when logistically necessary.
- Provided and maintained weekly Key Staff and Resources schedules to ensure we met our commitments.
- Provided support to ensure we monitored and reported progress throughout and ensure that all were closed out effectively including the H&S File Documentation and “Making Good” defects.
- Continue to develop all Staff to meet changing requirements and improve effectiveness to the business.
- Work closely with Client Teams to meet contract Objectives and develop and maintain strong communication with them and others involved at all times.
