Post contract quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, Contract Administration, Claims Management ensure project deliverables and notices and ensure appropriate recordkeeping and substantiations are maintained to support potential claims and or disputes.

Final Account preparation and negotiation.

Variation and claims management.

Responsible for looking over contracts for risks and opportunities and finding ways to minimize costs and maximize profit through effective cost control for the company.

Leading and managing a team of senior quantity surveyors to ensure delivery of financial commercial and contractual obligations associated with the company business.

Responsible for monthly Cost/financial/ Cost Value Reports is promptly done for each project.

Maintaining cash flow through timely invoicing and follow-up communications with clients before payment dates and appropriate action when payments are late. Mentoring and coaching QS/Commercial team in contractual aspects of procurement.

Ensuring contract requirements are clearly defined and agreed upon with regards to scope deliverables cost and program by detail reviewing of specifications of contracts documents and interpretation of drawings.

Participated in tendering activities and coordinated with the concerned parties in the tender evaluation of commercial parameters for subcontractors and Third-Party services.

 

Conduct due diligence for new subcontractors and service providers according to the defined prequalification criteria and maintain the list of approved subcontractors and suppliers that comply with the Company's policies and procedures.
