For Property business group: - for Advantage West Midlands and St. Modwen Developments, responsible for securing planning permission through traffic, environmental, drainage impact assessments etc. and for initiating demolition and decommissioning for the 40-acre ERDF-funded Longbridge Technology Park at the former MG Rover site in Birmingham. Also, responsible for managing multi-disciplinary inputs during the planning stage for various other sites for residential, commercial and industrial development. Carried out business development activities for the Bristol Science Park bid and conducted extended market research to identify new brownfield land development clients.
