  • Evaluate the Baseline Schedule and recommends improvements regularly in order to fulfill any requirement in the          Baseline/Revised Schedule
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaise with client to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Co-coordinating, organizing and developing the planning team for all project internal and external scheduling and        reporting requirements.
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Assist with the co-ordination of necessary input from all departments and project teams.
  • Analyze all project activities establishing well defined work activities, and create a detailed and properly sequenced project schedule
  • Monitor the project by using the Earned Value Management Technique in order to maintain the Progress on track.
  •  Prepare “Look ahead” schedules and reports for Client
