Scheduler ARCADIS U. S. Inc., San Francesco Bay Area March 9, 2015 to present The Program & Construction Management (PM/CM) division had operated and work closely with under the ARCADIS Infrastructure and Environmental divisions to pursue and execute work. ARCADIS leverages an in-depth understanding of how facilities are designed to integrate effective PMCM practices into the full life cycle of a project. The ARCADIS U. S. Inc. has been selected by Pacific Gas & Electric (PG & E) to perform projects and construction management services for the implementation and to provide the overall coordination, planning and management necessary to control project cost, schedule and quality from the initial needs through project closeout. Projects: 1- The Topock Compressor Station is located in Needles, California. 2- The Hinkley Compressor Station is located in Hinkley, California. RESPONSIBILITY To provide cost control, scheduling, and claims support for PG & E Chromium Program Management Office (PMO) capital projects and as of staff scheduler of a cost Controls Team, my responsibility to share in the develop program schedules for PG & E Capital Project for all types of construction, procurement, sequences of work, and construction means and methods 1. Supports producing program monthly schedule updates and management reports to communicate effectively with executives and contractors (Vendor’s Responsible), managers (Operation Managers), and clients (PG & E). 2. Adding the approved Subcontractor Work Authorization SWAs commandment (New Buys -NBs) line items (or commitment task) activities and update the approved change Orders (SCOs) in the Master Program Schedule (MPS) in Oracle Primavera P6 for each monthly cycle 3. Update and planned, monitored and status on the each cycle monthly basis and each in progress SWA commitment line item activity as well as required progress percentage complete. 4. After all the monthly reviewers markups have been updated in the MPS and new activities have been incorporated, I have to prepare the MPS for submission to all PG & E concerned leadership by the first working day of the month. 5. Prepare a backup of MPS for new Cycle update, by create a reflection of the previous month’s data as backup. Duties include project cost control and monitoring, cost reporting, variance analysis, force account review and analysis, claims analysis, and change order tracking. To supporting Cost Analyst(s) and assist Program Cost Control Manager. 1. Coordinating the processing of change orders and purchase requisitions including the assembly of supporting documentation, preparation of file maintenance and monitoring and tracking of approval process. 2. Maintaining consultant and contractual invoice control, including log and invoice review for accuracy; coordinate necessary approvals, maintains record of expenditures by contract, and monitor entry of data into financial system.
