In 2009 Zaragoza Light rail was awarded to TRAZA Consortium. A Planning Integrator was required in the particular conditions. ·         Integrated the different schedules forming the project, providing monthly updated reports regarding risks in time, costs and quality, providing a robust overview of the project.

·         Coordinated Contractors’ time-schedules, in order to align the Contractor’s particular needs with the Concessionaire’s.

·         Set up meeting minutes and follow them up among the different stakeholders, in order to enhance decision-making when conflicts arose.

·         Provided recommendations to reduce time and costs by up to 15%, making available Client-oriented dashboards and cash flows according to EVM techniques.

·         Managed to finish the project with “zero-day” delay

In 2013, UNOG Initial Programme Management was awarded to Hill International. Still in its planning stage, the 12-year program Strategic Heritage Plan (SHP) for the United Nations Office of Geneva (UNOG) will upgrade the nearly 160.000sqm complex including the Palais des Nations, a 1900’s building complex where the U.N. locates over 2700 staff. Expected to be developed through VDC / BIM technologies, the upgrade will improve efficiency allowing 700 additional staff in a safer building.

·         Assembled the Initial Programme Management Schedule ready to assess scope and prevent risks in terms of time and cost.

·         Covered fields as lead designing, space planning, relocations, works execution, commissioning and handover. One of the critical factors of this assignment was the staff standing working during the 12 years of works.
