- Write, develop, deliver & evaluate soft skills training at all levels (incl train the trainer, time management & interview skills).
- Manage Gap Year Placement program.
- Deliver training for national internal Management Training Program (incl leadership & change management).
- Co-ordinate staff and management inductions ensuring 4, 8 & 12 week reviews are completed.
