Sixteen years of Domestic and International experience in engineering, construction and procurement projects as Planning and Control Engineer. Experience includes also the evaluation of solicited proposals, tenders, and tender vetting, for construction-planning, construction, and technical inspection. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Start-up Control (EPC-EPCM).

Some duties and responsibilities in my position have included: establish and manage effectively a planning and progress control system to support the Project Manager and facilitate the completion of the project according to the internal baselines and contractual dates and requirements. Responsible for the overall plan, reporting to the management and to the client.

Effective use of Project Management tools and techniques, such as those related to Earned Value (CPI, SPI, CV, SV).Monitoring and controlling the project status in order to ensure any deviation from the baseline is promptly detected and analyzed. Estimating of the values at completion in order to forecast the final impact in time and cost, allowing to take corrective actions.

Active participation in the coordination, assessment, execution, and close of the types of projects mentioned above. Specializing in implementation and control planning.

P3 and MS Project, expert level.
