Develop, maintain, and analyze progress monitoring systems and status reports for casting and erection of Waffle-Crete precasted panels. Develop, maintain, and analyze project cost control report and budget preparation in coordination. Assessed subcontractor’s progress billings and suppliers’ invoices in coordination. Participates in contract administration in preparation and reviewing of bid packages, tabulation of supplier’s quotation and purchase order preparation. Updates Over-all Project Work Schedule for project manager’s monthly report in coordination with field engineers. Coordinates with project accountant for possible cost code reclassification.
