  • Developed preliminary project scope statements for the Projects with inputs from stakeholders
  • Scope management & variation orders for changes and implementation
  • Responsible for providing and coordinating technical support for preparation of the Tender documents
  • Conducted weekly progress meetings and various coordination & technical meetings for smooth progress of the project
  • Managed communications and contractual correspondences

Projects

  1. Renovation of Sheikh Ahmed bin Ali Palace (Jan 2010 till Mar 2012)

The Project involves major renovations in phases as to the MEP, Drainage, Interior/ Architectural, Internal roads, lighting, landscape & irrigation, IT & Security, Communications etc. Project cost QR 254 Million.

 

  1. Temporary Horse Stable in Barzan Camp (March 2010 – Jun 2010)

A project on hold without Consultants, under controversy as to claims and delay, brought to completion coordinating all remaining works including MEP, drainage and utilities ensuring end user acceptance - Project cost QR 2.50 Million

 

  1. Construction of Administration Building (April 2010 – Mar 2011)

Administration Building – This project consist Infra structure Works and construction of Administration buildings in Barzan Camp including drainage connecting to main grid. Project cost QR 54 M.

 

  1. Housing Complex, Barzan Camp (Jun 2010 – Aug 2010) – Temporary assignment

For the Infra Structure works and Housing Complex in Barzan Camp. Project cost QR 500 M.
