Hamza Associates – Construction Management and Construction Supervision of 1612 Housing units in Wade El-Shatti area – Libya – an 150 million USD cost project (www.hamza.org).

Position:  Project Engineer.

Major Responsibilities:

·      Participated in creating the Baseline schedule in Primavera P6 for the project with the contractor and AECOM schedulers.

·      Meeting all “AECOM – www.aecom.com” PMD requirements for inspecting processes, tests and all documentations system.

·      Preparing the CMCS invoices and all of its related documents in addition to reviewing all contractor invoices.

·      Preparing all required CMCS and Contractor Modification orders needed to be added to the project

·      Attending all High level and progress meetings with AECOM or with the contractor.

·      Responsible for all income or outcome correspondences and writing all outcome correspondences to AECOM, HIB or to the contractor.
