February, 2012 My present role in the company are basically as follows:
- Pre/post-review of variation/extension of time claims for building works, roads and infrastrucutre works. Accordingly, initiate and prepares objectively the respective claims and reports.
- Responsible in preparing Cost Loading Schedule for on-going projects.
- Prepare technical submittals of tender projects, i.e. Method Statement, S-Curves, Histograms & Implementation Schedules.
- Review and prepare comprehensive WBS using permitted softwares.
- Capable and able to prepare cost control analysis and reports using EVM.
- Advise/resolve any contract issues using best praxis.
