I am responsible for compiling and sending out on an daily basis a report, which indicates the meters planned for the specific day, and giving a true reflection of the meters blasted, and if not what was the reasons for not blasting, showing the effectiveness of LHD machines, hours worked, conveyor belt availability and hoppers cleaning, and tipping on the belt.

• I am also reporting daily to management our achievements.
• I maintain and develop schedules, necessary for construction work to be done, as well as the development of the mining underground.
• I make use of graphs daily, to indicate the production figures for the current month, and compile these in reports, which goes to the Managers, and the Client.
• At the end of the measuring month, I compile a document, where the claimable delays are claimed on according to standing time, and added to our project on acceptance.
• When measuring takes place, I receive a plinth sheet, which indicates the meters achieved for the month, and according to this sheet, I plot on the plan where we currently are, and what development still needs to be done according to the scope of work. 
• I also assist the Shift bosses with their labour profiles, and allocating labour against development work to be done.
• I report on a bi-weekly meeting on construction progress, according to the schedule, addressing problems, and making sure material is bought on time.  
• I also assist in the planning for each month, development needed to be done.
• I have worked on the Business Plans, forecasting development meters for the next financial year.
• I have developed and constructed several presentations on reporting on production and safety incidents.
• I keep all signed documents and letters pertaining to Extension of Time and Schedules approved, in files, and maintain them.
• I assist the Shift bosses with their planning for the month, on how many material / items they will need per development end according to the meters planned for that end. (Formula based)
• I have designed a presentation that is forwarded to the client on a monthly basis, showing on detailed plans, the Plan for each end, the actual achieved, and the variance. 
• I calculate the efficiencies on explosives for the Mine Captain. 
• We were introduced to a new booking system on the client’s network, and I received training, and is currently the Champ on Site for the utilization and reporting factors of this program, loading the plan for each month, per development end, and making sure the Shift bosses book their meters, and lost blasts accordingly.
