Joined Hamilton Project management on 2006 as Projects Director, managing portfolio of four projects for OMNIYAT Properties; duties included managing the Design Teams and consultants and project managers during the Consultant Due diligence, preliminary Design, Design development and then tendering and negotiations with the Contractors towards the awarding of the contract.

Proved track records in contractual as well as technical and negotiation skills and established excellent relationship with contractors, Consultants, clients and developers in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, and managed 70% of the company portifolio reached AED 1.5 Billion (500 Million US$)

Promoted to Executive Projects Director in 2007 where responsibilities increased to running daily operation of the company, prepare Business plans and managing cash flow of the company, Recruitment and new Client prospects; Since then the portfolio expanded to fourteen Projects in Dubai & Abu Dhabi with fully pledged team of project managers, Quantity surveyors and Engineers and these efforts increased the company activities to match up with the market demand in 2007 & 2008 respectively .
