* Set up the PMO from scratch, managing the PMO Officers, defining the PMO Governance Model, Roadmap and Methodology, and documenting all the project procedures of the company
* Ensure standards for planning, estimating, RAID, change, tracking, monitoring and reporting prescribed by the PMO are adopted and adhered to
* Provide a strategic portfolio overview of all programmes, projects and interdependencies, reporting anomalies or areas of concern to Executive Team Management and facilitating the management-by-exception
* Maintain and evolve the company PPM tool (MS Project Server) and PPM dashboard and use it to produce periodic Executive level management information and reporting against defined KPI’s
* Support, coach and train the Project Managers pool
