Construction Planning & 3D/4D Modelling – Heathrow Terminal 2B (August 2011 – Present): 

Planner on the £460m second phase of a satellite building to support Heathrow Terminal 2. Assisting in the overall T2B 4D modelling duties for the substructure and superstructure works. Main duties includes planning the Head of Stand works, which incorporates temporary tension slab removal, anchor de-stressing, D-Wall Break down and capping, waterproofing, backfilling, installation of catch pits, slot drains, storm and foul water connections and road construction. Requires extensive interface between the T2B scope and the Eastern Campus Apron service installation by others. Development of P6 programmes, staging drawings, 3D and 4D models for the Head of Stand works is required, using this data in presentations to the internal Balfour Beatty Directors and key BAA staff. The following software is used for planning these works: Auto Cad Architecture 2012, Navisworks 2012, Primavera and MS Project.
