Master Program Planning Manager of the domestic and international arenas for Lockheed Martin IS&GS-Defense C4ISR Systems, a $1.1 billion business with more than 100 programs that provide services and capabilities for all branches of the U.S. military, various national agencies, and numerous international customers. Key advisor to Executive Leadership and Senior Management regarding all aspects of Proposal Development, Program Planning and Scheduling, Program Performance Management (PPM), and Earned Value Management (EVM). Functional management of more than 20 Master Program Planners, Program Planners, and Engineering Planners. Responsible for subordinate employee recruitment, selection, work assignments, salary, training, development, performance assessment, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Ensures program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality throughout proposal development and program execution. Directs the determination, monitoring, and review of costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements.
