  • I lead estimate team to deliver a proposal for onshore commissioning and was awarded the contract. This was a $336 million Gas Storage Platform for the Government of Spain.
  • Developed bid evaluation and schedule criteria and prepared bid evaluations. Participated in discussions with vendors on cost, duration and scheduling.

  • Organized an emergency Steam Generator Recovery Project as owner’s representative (liaison).
  • I was able to successfully coordinate with the Insurance Firm and with a 97% project approval rate on original plan.
  • Contractor selections (7) Engineering Firms (including Pinellas County Engineers, owners) and (13) Contractors and Vendors.  Estimate was $36 Million for completed recovery and we fell in under $30k.
  • Provided finical cost controls for (5) different business units within our Hub for the installation of (14) 7EA Turbines.

  • Planned the Performance Testing of a Combined-Cycle 2186 MW Power Plant with (eight) 9FA Turbines and Condensers, the world’s largest at that time, $3.6 Billion
  •  Another project was (two) 400MW Pulverized Coal Feed Power Plants with (four) 9FA Turbines, Cooling Towers and Refrigeration Cooling System revamps, $60 Million
