Assists in the development, application, and enhancement of authorized integrated scheduling and planning processes. Consults with executives on issues requiring specialized scheduling knowledge or expertise. Synthesizes information based on experience and judgment to arrive at optimum solutions to problems involving both internal and external customers. Develops, implements, and maintains a cohesive plan that integrates all activities required to plan, design, build, test, deliver and support a system throughout its life cycle. Maintains integrated schedule baseline and provides schedule baseline change control authority. Provides management with a complete understanding of the current schedule and risks, opportunities and recommended actions related to future performance. Provides management with an understanding of networking/CPM/float analysis, resource plans and forecasts. Serves as subject matter expert for the department in strategic training for integrated scheduling skill development. Provides management with a complete understanding of schedule structures development (e.g., WBS, IMP/IMS, and OBS).Act as site lead for SAP integration. Conduct meetings with Engineering and Finance regarding SAP implementation. Organize training for SAP implementation.
