• Development of Enterprise Scheduling Standards
• Design and Implementation of Integrated Master Schedule on an organisational level. IMS covers all strategic Sydney Trains programs, all G&I projects and OPEX initiatives.
• Design and Implementation of Portfolio inter-dependency framework
• Inter-dependency data identification, maintenance, analysis and reporting
• Design and implementation of portfolio milestones framework.
• Design and development of Schedule Maturity Assessment to support enterprise assurance. Periodical schedule reviews.
• Project and Program Schedule Quality Control
• Support in Portfolio Assurance and Reporting including FIC, Project VMC
• Sydney Train Scheduling COE with support across all directorates portfolio
• Design, Development and Implementation of Integrated Master Schedule Dashboard, Exemption Reports via Enterprise Reporting Tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Development and Implementation of Project Performance indicators and Portfolio KPIs
