  • Coordinate and prepare construction schedules on multiple projects to provide assistance in the planning, organization, control, coordination, and direction of construction projects
  • Develop project budgets for medium to large, multi-discipline projects; including the monitoring and tracking of the projects progress relative to established budgets and schedule
  • Preparation of project budget and schedule status reports and presentations
  • Work with project managers to proactively identify project budget and schedule problems and implement corrective actions
  • Provide forensic assessment for required diagnosis of schedule and cost as required
  • Provide Project job cost feedback information as it relates to each project and report to Division and Project Managers 
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of document control procedures
  • Provide on-the-job-site representation to work with clients toward the successful completion of assigned projects.
  • Provide a supportive role to the Project Managers and estimating in the marketing and sales activities of the company, including business development, sales, direct customer relations, estimating, bidding, pricing and project negotiations.
  • Direct oversight of project administrative staff
