•        Reporting to the Project Manager and carrying out his directives with respect to field operations. Being thorough familiar with the requirements of the General Contracts, and thereby identifying changes and conflicts that are beyond the scope of company responsibility.

•        Studies and interpret structural and architectural drawings in detail to have a good judgment in site operations. Developed the installation plan and schedule with the Project Manager and Project Engineer.

•        Determining whether all Subcontractors are providing sufficient workforce and hours of work to actually achieve committed promises of performance. Working to assure adequate staffing of the workforce, supplies of materials and complete information as necessary for assembly

•        Monitoring actual versus required performance by all parties; working to bring the deviating performance back in line.

•        Reconcile with Construction Management Engineers regarding status of works and accomplishments. Prepare monthly payments and schedule of values. Settle with sub-contractors regarding claims and variation orders.

•        Keep the records on site such as test results, information, clearance, back charges and invoice as well. Prepares Daily Report, job diaries and other special documentation.
