•        Manage PMO and project-related documents within the electronic document management system and project management solution; SharePoint Online and Microsoft Project.

•        Develop and maintain the tools & templates needed for the implementation of PMO methodology and practice within the project environments. Train and educate project teams on PMO requirements and standards; assist Functional Project Managers with application of the methodology & tools to their projects.

•        Assist with the development and consolidation of project detail plans, identify dependencies between the various project areas and work with project teams to manage individual schedules as well as the master timeline.

•        Assist program areas with the development, maintenance and regular review of their project schedules, keeping a PMO master schedule of all projects/programs to ensure alignment between dependent projects/programs.

•        Assist project teams with implementing project controls according to Project Office Operation Manuals requirements to ensure projects meet resource, program and document management requirements.

•        Prepare and consolidate monthly project reports/dashboards and executive summary reports for senior stakeholders. Assist project teams in implementing reporting & communications plans within projects, following content and format standards for monthly project status reports.
