Project – FMG T155 Rail Mainline Upgrade
As the Project planner I was responsible for rebuilding the master schedule to FMG requirements for the remaining of the $120M project
- Project consists of 150 signalling & communications locations along 290 kms of rail between the Port of Port Hedland and Christmas Creek mine.
- Weekly production of S Curves, IFC & FAT matrixes, Level 2 Summary Schedule and three week look ahead for the client.
- Fortnightly site visits to Port Hedland for client meetings and data gathering for the site construction teams and 3 week swings for commissioning periods.
- Monthly Project Status presentations to senior management of GE Transportation.
- Assisting in a $20 Million claim for delays
